From medic to merchant? Was this guy just some exceptionally clever bounty hunter using the ruse of purveyor of shady goods to trap his prey? Good god, what fresh hell did this creeptacular guy crawl out of, every time he spoke it was like Satan reached into Arba's soul and began tickling its vulnerable places, it absolutely made his skin crawl. Oh, hey, command was replying back, even their accusatory tones were welcome in this instance. "Ah, Chief Grunt Grig, yeah. Last I saw him was when he issued me the orders to find the Saiyan and decided to stay behind and train up for the coming Ginyu Tryouts in the Gravity Chamber. He wanted me to turn it back on for him and he looked pretty tough, so I set it to five times gravity. I figured if I could handle three-point-five, he could handle more. If he hasn't reported back, then he's probably still there."
Peeking out from behind the dumpster cautiously to see if the terrifying devil-man was still present, Arba continued to relay to higher, "The offworlder is claiming to be a merchant now after claiming to be a medic and is now trying to sell me space armor. I could use some guidance, I wasn't told anything prior to this and I'm not extermination crew. I got the Saiyan like I was told, that's all my mission is. What's my exfil guidance in this case?"

Jojo could see the frightened inhabitants of this world scattering before his not-particularly-mighty vessel, and reasoned that they might calm down if he parked for a little bit, so his ship became a fixture in the place instead of a hovering god-machine of doom. As he thought of that though, he decided that playing the god-machine angle might have a better profit ratio, so he continued speaking into his microphone, "Bring me a tribute of zeni, little mortals, and I shall grant you a reward from the heavens! Go forth and gather the zeni and I will deliver unto you the means to weather your enemies attacks or heal the injured. Go! And bring back money!" Then he spun his shuttle slowly in a circle, both to allow himself to see if anybody would approach and to intimidate these pathetic primitives with a show of his awesome, god-like power to hover in the air like a great metal humming bird the shape of a condor.

"Grunt, is a his your first mission? Assess the threat and deal with it. Eliminate anyone that stands in the way of the mission." The individual on coms stated flatly. "Running from the enemy is the same as defying Frieza, do you understand?". As usual, orders were 'do better, and don't lose'.

Well that was a ton of help, thanks command. That still didn't answer him on how he was to get himself AND the Saiyan back to Planet Vegeta. "Understood, Command." As much as the alien in the ship gave him the creeps to the max, Arba found himself facing few options but to try and barter with the alien for passage, since his attack ball was thoroughly trashed. Slowly rising from his hiding place, Arba strode out cautiously with the Saiyan on his back, raising an arm to flag down the bulbous black creature playing robogod with his ship. "Hey, merchant. You want some coin? I need transportation. You take me back to my superiors and I'll ensure that you receive your pay."
Of course he had no intention on making good on that bargain... Arba needed all of his money for his own purposes.

Jojo spun his ship around to face the blue guy as he heard him trying to barter feebly. He usually waited until people were desperate to offer his help, but this just seemed too easy. All he had to do was go somewhere? Better make sure it wasn't a trick.
"How far you going? Just around this shithole planet or something? You'd better show me the zeni too. I don't help poor people." Sotto voice, he added to himself, "Or anyone."

/Show me the money/ eh? A classic strategy to prevent people from gipping the dealer, get the money on the table so we know you're legitimate. Reaching in between his issued armor and his formfitting undersuit, Arba pulled out his space-wallet and opened it slightly to fan out a few bills... Obviously higher denominations, maybe something like 100 Zeni? "This wet your whistle, Merchant? I'm trying to get to Planet Frieza 79, it's within the quadrant. That ship of yours is FTL capable, right? It's not even a blink away then."
Stuffing his wallet back within his armor, Arba shuffles Rakutsu's weight around a bit, getting himself more comfortable with the Saiyan's weight upon his shoulders. Hopefully this merchant wouldn't drag things out, he was in a hurry to screw him over.

Jojo eyed the zeni; this guy seemed like he might be wealthy and in a hurry. He called down to the guy, "Two passengers, two-hundred fifty zeni, half up front. Boring Frieza world seventy-nine." He landed the ship atop an abandoned car with a cunching squeal of tortured metal and opened the back hatch as he spoke into the loudspeaker, "Get in and pay, then."

Damn it, the merchant wasn't a complete fool, he knew to at least get some money up front. Making his way towards the ship as the hatch dropped in the back, Arba loaded the craft with his quarry in tow and fished out the requisite up-front cash for the trip, forking it over to the creepy black man, making sure to hold as little of the bills as possible so as to avoid making contact with the genie during the exchange. Once the money was handed over, Arba dropped Rakutsu without much care for his wellbeing, dumping him unceremoniously on the ground and planting a foot on him to hold him still if he should wake up. "Command, this is Third Class Grunt Arba. I will be returning in a merchant ship with the Saiyan," the hybrid spoke to the person on the other end of his scouter.

Jojo smiled with closed, bulbous lips, and said, "Bargained well and done. Sit here and wait." Then he traversed the small cargo hold to the cockpit of his vessel and sealed the intervening door so he wouldn't have to be bothered. He commanded his ship to leave this rock for the equally miserable and pathetic world of Frieza 79, then kicked back to let the autopilot handle the majority of the journey. He leaned over to the intercom, pressed the button to talk, and said, "This is your captain, oh captain, speaking. We have in-flight music and drugs that might be construed as recreational available as part of the service you've paid for. You're welcome." He turned off the intercom, and said over the loudspeakers into the void to the dwindling form of planet Earth behind him, "Buuuuyyyy." Then he settled in for the journey, practically oozing onyx flab over the sides of the command chair as he sunk into it and turned on an infinite music that pleased him solely via the recorded wails of those forced to listen to it for 10 hour space road trips. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hf_UoO4aG0Y((I believe the thread is done, and will be starting one at Frieza 79 now.))
