Greedy: Jojo will sell to either side of this conflict without regard for right, wrong, good, evil, rich, p-wait, no. He won't sell to poor people.
Creepy: Jojo has a knack for just appearing places without being noticed. Was he watching you the whole time? At least he's always around to sell stuff you need when you need it. You know, except when he's not.
Background: Jojo is the product of Abba Cadabra, a mad magician, conjured into being to serve as an ever-ready merchant. Though he was originally supposed to be trapped in a lamp and summoned when his master required an exchange, his master erroneously sold him the lamp containing him one drunken eve. This is why drunken magic is bad, kids. At any rate, Jojo simply cycled the airlock of his master's shuttle with Abba in it and proceeded to ply his natural trade throughout the galaxy.
Personality: Jojo is a selfish, cruel, and thoroughly unpleasant individual. He'd sell his grandmother if he had one, for the low, low, cost of 5 zeni. In short, he's an utterly irredeemable personification of the vice of greed.
Interests: Making money, and making people unhappy. Especially if he can do both at once by charging enough to give them buyer's remorse.
Motive: If it wasn't already clear, money is the root of his evil, much like many other people.
Appearance: A rotund individual with skin darker than black, his bald pate is shrouded by a turban. Though his height is average at best, he is oddly imposing due to his bulk. With a nose-less face and pointed ears, it is very clear that he is an unnatural aberration born of darkest magic. He dresses as if for the hottest of climes, in very light sweat pants and an extremely revealing vest.
