Background: After being birthed by his mother on Planet Vegeta, Rakutsu was sent to a low level planet after being considered a low class warrior. But a while after his pod left the planet it was somehow cut off from Vegeta after it's electronics malfunctioned. On Earth he was found by a young woman and old man who took him in as his family. The old man would also be his teacher in the ways of ki and combat.
Personality: Rakutsu is a nice guy at heart even if it doesn't seem like it at first. He tends to zone out after long periods of time when he isn't doing anything productive with his time. This leads to him not being able to pay attention to anything and become oblivious to things. But that only happens sometimes. He tends to be a noisy guy and stick his nose over people's shoulders literally. Raku also has a potty mouth. He's a fat guy who loves food.

Motive: Determination-He doesn't know why, but all his life he heard a voice in the back of his head telling him to strive to become better all the time.
Appearance: Raku stands at five feet four inches and weights 120 pounds. His skin is very tan making it dark. He has long black hair going down his back with trimmed eye brows and blue eyes. His body is very built which is shown in his impressive muscles. He is often seen wearing a white wristband on one arm. He also wears a red and black shirt with no sleeves with black pants and red and black shoes.
